Batari Swimwear and Australia Post are doing the best to minimise delays however we do kindly ask for your patience and understanding during this unprecedented time.

How much does shipping cost?
All Australian orders over $150AUD are free of any shipping charges. All other Australian orders are a flat rate of $8.00AUD. All shipping outside of Australia is a flat rate of $18.00AUD.
When will my Batari Bikini’s arrive?
All orders within Australia are shipped via Australia Post. Once an order has been placed and payment/s are received, the order will be sent within 1-2 business days. Orders within Australia may take anywhere from 3-7 business days to arrive to its receiver from date of dispatch. Batari Swimwear is not responsible for the theft or damage of a parcel/article once it has been delivered.
All orders outside of Australia are shipped via Australia Post. Once an order has been placed and payment/s are received, the order will be sent within 1-3 business days. International orders can take up to 5-20 business days to arrive to its receiver from date of dispatch. This time may vary according to your geographical location.
Batari Swimwear will happily accept exchanges if the garment is faulty or you have ordered an incorrect size. If you have changed your mind after ordering your bikini, you have up until the shipping notification email is sent for you to notify us and receive a refund. If we have already sent off your bikini you will not be eligible for a refund. Batari Swimwear will not allow any exchanges or refunds if the customer has simply changed their mind once trying on the bikini.The swimwear must be unwashed, unworn and unused when returning back to Batari Swimwear for exchange. Customers wishing to exchange swimwear must contact email@example.com within 7 days of receiving their item before posting the swimwear back to us.
There will be no exchanges or refunds on sale items unless it is an exchange of size.
* Must not be altered, damaged or washed.
* For health purposes, hygienic liners in swimwear must be still in tact.
Unfortunately, Batari Swimwear does not offer refunds unless there is a fault with production. Wash and wear refunds do not apply.
Batari Swimwear is not responsible for returned shipping cost on exchanges or unclaimed items. An additional charge will be applied for all returned shipping cost. All domestic within Australia exchanges will be charged a $10 exchange fee. All International exchanges will be charged with a $20 fee.
Acceptable reasons for an exchange will not include the additional fee. Received merchandise in the incorrect size, colour or a Manufacturers defect.
We strongly recommend you have an appropriate method of tracking your exchange. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected exchanges.
